I’ve been toying with this idea of self-publishing something for a long time. I’m not sure that I could ever do it with a full novel (I think I would pay somebody to format it if I did.) The name of the short story is “Death Comes Late.” It’s one of my personal favorites, a horror story about a particularly difficult passing that an old and somewhat faithless preacher has to oversee. I priced it at 99 cents. That was as low as they would let me go without going free. I may do some free ones later. Anyway, if you’ve got an extra buck you can afford to part with, check it out.
