A cover for today, but a great one.

For the second week in a row, I am late with Free Music Friday.  Hopefully this freaky video will make up for it.

Many of you will recognize this song as the theme from Civilization 4.  Others of you might know it as the first video game theme to win a Grammy.  In reality, it’s the Lord’s Prayer . . . in Swahili.  Enjoy.

Don’t know how any kid from the 90s can’t love this song.  It is so perfectly filled with nostalgia that it makes me want to cry.

I have featured this song before, but I love it so much I am going to feature it again.  I truly believe that it is one of the best songs to come around in a while.  In many ways, the song is perfect.
